ABOUT US
The International Research Council (IRC) was founded in 2018 to foster international Research cooperation. It sought to achieve this through International Unions focused on multidisciplinary scientific & technical areas.
Numerous environmental catastrophes, growing social inequality and polarization, international armed conflict, disruptive technology, and fragile health and welfare are just a few of the significant socioeconomic issues facing the world today. These problems have intricate and unpredictable relationships with one another. Inequalities in science and technology, pressures on scientific freedom, responsibility, and integrity, conflicts between various value and knowledge systems, politicization of research, and a decline in trust in research are just a few of the issues they impact and reflect in research systems around the world. These issues make it challenging for science to make the best and most important contribution to society.
OUR VISION:
The International Research Council envisions research as a global beneficial endeavor, which means that regardless of a person’s location, gender, economic standing, cultural background, or other attributes, scientific knowledge and practice should be universally regarded as a shared resource from which everyone can benefit.
OUR MISSION:
The mission of the International Research Council is to represent research and its advancements globally. This entails worldwide research on global concerns, promoting all forms of science & technology, and ensuring that the general public has access to scientific knowledge. Additionally, the IRC supports the responsible practice of research and works to improve it internationally.
OUR MOTTO:
IRC also strives to promote worldwide research cooperation since it thinks that innovation and research are essential to solving global issues.
