Agriculture homoeopathy (Agrohomoeopathy)
Dr.Sabrin Sumaila Samiudeen
Myself Sabrin Sumaila Samiudeen, and I am a homoeopathic physician with a strong academic interest in integrative healthcare, research, complementary medicine, acupuncture, nutrition, gut microbiome, and agro-homoeopathy.
I completed my Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) at Venkateswara Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Porur, Chennai, from 2020 to 2026. Alongside my undergraduate education, I pursued additional training in acupuncture and completed a two-year course in the field. I also completed a one-month certificate course in Nutrition and Gut Microbiome, along with a 15-day internship. These learning experiences have strengthened my interest in research, scientific presentation, patient care, and complementary approaches to healthcare.
I completed my higher secondary education in the Bio-Mathematics stream at Shree Niketan Matric Higher Secondary School, Thiruvallur. My background in biology and mathematics provided a strong foundation for my later studies in medicine and research.
During my medical education, I actively participated in academic activities such as paper presentations, poster presentations, conferences, and research-related programmes. These experiences helped me develop confidence in scientific communication, public speaking, critical thinking, and research-oriented work.
My professional interests include patient consultation, patient care, medicine prescribing, research, and the development of evidence-based approaches within complementary medicine. I am particularly interested in pursuing a career in research. I have worked toward this goal through academic presentations and publications. I have three published articles indexed in Google Scholar, along with publications in the International Journal for Innovative Science and Technology and SwAlife Biopress Journal. I have also received an author certificate for publication in IJFISAT.
Research and scientific presentation have been important parts of my academic journey. In 2024, I presented a paper at Dr. M.G.R. University Research Day titled “In-vitro evaluation of Natrum Muriaticum 30, 200, 1M on cowpea seed germination under salt stress condition – a randomised study.” This work developed my interest in agro-homoeopathy and experimental research involving plant-related applications.
In 2025, I presented a poster titled “Effect of Natrum Muriaticum on various plant under salt stress condition – evidence based study” at Swasthya Kalyan Homoeopathic Medical College, Jaipur, Rajasthan, where I received second prize. I also presented a poster titled “Agro homoeopathy the present need” at the International Homoeopathic Conference 2025 conducted by Dr. M.G.R. University, where I again secured second prize.
In 2026, I continued my academic presentations by presenting a paper titled “Synthesising complementary medicine paradigms with modern healthcare” at Sri Sairam Homoeopathic Medical College. I also delivered an oral presentation on “Medical plant and marine algae in homoeopathy: An integrative review of pharmacognosy, photochemistry, therapeutic application and future perspective” at Balaji Medical College, Chennai. In addition, I presented a poster at the Global Society for Neuroscience and Mental Health concerning the efficacy of homoeopathic medicine in managing anxiety and depression.
Clinical exposure has also been an important part of my medical training. As part of my undergraduate programme, I completed a one-year compulsory rotatory internship. I gained clinical experience at institutions associated with disability and rehabilitation, including the Homoeopathic Research Institute for Disability at NIEPMD and the National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Multiple Disabilities. These experiences helped me understand healthcare delivery and develop a patient-centred approach to care.
I have also pursued learning beyond my core medical curriculum. I completed the NPTEL course on Health Research Fundamentals and a six-month course in Yoga for Youth Empowerment organised by Vethathiri Maharishi College of Yoga. My additional training in acupuncture, nutrition, and gut microbiome reflects my broader interest in complementary and integrative approaches to health.
Through my academic and professional journey, I have developed skills in communication, problem-solving, leadership, public speaking, analytical and critical thinking, research, report writing, proposal preparation, health and safety awareness, teamwork, and remaining calm under pressure. I am comfortable communicating in both English and Tamil.
Overall, my journey so far has been a combination of homoeopathic medical education, complementary medicine training, research, scientific communication, and clinical exposure. I aspire to continue developing my career in research, healthcare, patient care, and integrative medical approaches. My long-term goal is to contribute meaningfully to healthcare through continuous learning, responsible clinical practice, and research-oriented work.

Professor Emeritus
Prof. Dr.Shizuyo Sutou – Japan
1. My name is Shizuyo Sutou from Shujitsu University, Okayama, Japan.
My presentaion is entitled, "The linear no-threshold model (L-N-T) is invalid: Low-
dose, essential; mid-dose, beneficial; and high-dose, hazardous."
2. My research into hormesis started at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant
accident on March 11, 2011. Residents within a 20 km radius of the power plant
were forced to evacuate.
3. From May to August, a tentative home-return program was conducted. I engaged
in monitoring returnees for radio-contamination.
4. Returnees were taken home by bus and after staying for two hours, they returned
to the off-site center.
5. Among more than 33 thousand returnees, no one was contaminated. Radiation
itself did not kill anyone at the Fukushima accident, but enforced evacuation killed
more than 2,000 people. LNT is a killer. Why the evacuation was conducted?
Because, LNT asserts that the smallest amount of radiation is hazardous. If it were
not for LNT, no need to evacuate, no need to decontaminate soils, and no need to
stockpile tritiated water.
6. Now, all foods contain K-40 and other radionucleids. So, all foods are radioactive.
Also, all living organisms are radioactive.
7. We are exposed to radiation internally and externally. The mount is about 20,000
radiation hits per second.
8. At Fukushima, I was exposed to radiation of 6,000 counts per mminute at
maximum. I was scared that my cancer risk might be elevated. So, I studied hardly
the biological effects of radiation. I was relieved to learn the 6,000 counts per
mminute is 100 counts per second and 100 hits are negligible as compared with
20,000 hits per second. It means that my cancer risk was not elevated.
9. In hormesis, lower-doses are beneficial, but higher-doses are hazardous. Dose-
response curves of hormesis show a J-shaped curve. Many data show J-shaped
curves, the hallmark of hormesis.
10. LNT and hormesis dose-responses are compared. LNT and hormesis are
incompatible with each other. Most data support hormesis, meaning that LNT is
invalid.
11. The lifespan of Hiroshima and Nagasaki A-bomb survivors shows hormetic J-
shaped curve. The lifespan of the survivors is longer than that of the Japanese by
about one year.
12. A-bomb survivors' cancer risk is lower than the Japanese by several %.
